I have read your first draft. I found some common mistakes in some of your works.

Some of you missing the opening statment of the aim or goal of your recipe

Some of you did not list the materials in order of use

Some of you forget to use imperative to indicate commands

I have told you all the structure and language features of procedural text in the previous lesson. I think you should refer to some recipes or procedural texts to recall your memory of how to write procedural texts. I will give the first draft to you tomorrow and talk those mistakes again. Make sure you understand the above three points and know how to correct it and write your final recipe.

Something about these two days writing lessons

Do you remember which text type I taught today? You are so clever, we have learned procedural text in these two lessons. Do you enjoy your sandwich that we made yesterday? I think it must be a tasty sandwich. I taught you how to make sandwich because I wanted all of you do something with some steps which can help you to write proceduce.

I think procedural text is very simple for students who are first writer like you. The structure and language features are so easy for you to follow, especially recipes. I hope the coming lessons can arouse your interest on writing and develop your writing skill.

We have read a book called "Let's make a pizza". This is a good procedural text which can help you understand how to write recipes. Also, I suggest more books which are about recipes. They are "Silly Snacks", "Kids Cook!", "Roald Dahl's" and "Starting cooking". There are many recipes which can help you to write. If you have interest on cooking, you can try it out.

Everybody, do you remember what have we learn today? Yes, we have learn something about food. I want all of you leave a message for me talk aboout your favourite, such as, when do you start to love this food? Why do you love it? etc.

Let me tell you my favourite food. I love eating chicken wing. It is a tasty food. Chicken is full of protein. It is good for children growing up. There are many cooking methods for chicken wing. I have tried different kinds of methods before. And I found that cook the chicken wing is Coca Cola is very nice. The method is very easy, put some Coca Cola when you are cooking until it boil then you can eat. Ask your mother to try. It is a great food.

If you know how to cook your favourite food or other method for cooking chicken wing, please tell me. I will try it out.

Hi, How are you? Nice to see all of you. I am Miss Tsang, your English teacher. This is the first year for me to teach in this school. Would you mind telling me something about this school?

Let me introduce myself to you. I like teaching English very much, this is an interesting subject. If I have time, I will read books and watching movies with my friends. Also, playing sport is also my favourite activity. I like swimming and playing badminton. We can play it together during recess or after school.
